I heard a nice joke: One planet meets another planet and says: "You look kind of ill. It's probably because I contracted Homo sapiens... Don't worry, this illness passes quickly!"

There's a lot of wisdom in this joke. Man is not master of the universe, nor the planet. We are only a miniscule part of these macrostructures and it is our opportunity and obligation to learn, adapt and cause no harm.

Our influence is negligible, whether negative or positive. What is important is the quality of our kind's life. And to achieve quality one needs to learn and be humble.

Our projects of petrified forests, geological trails and paleontological expositions wish to contribute a little bit to this learning and understanding between man and nature.
